Booking and Reservation: All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of required information and payment provided. Carratraw Lodge & Chalet reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its discretion.

Payment: Full payment is required one week prior to arrival. Full payment may be requested at time of booking depending on length of stay and season. For bookings made less than one week prior to arrival, full payment is required to secure the booking. Payments can only be made via bank card payment. Cash payments are not accepted. Guests can request to extend their stay by paying through a payment link or over the phone. Subject to availability. Payment forms accepted are as follows; Visa, Mastercard, V Pay, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, Union Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
